Maple Settee with Red Oak Barnwood Seat
Item # MSROS ---- SOLD
This Settee has gotten a lot of attention on our porch. Its just eye appealing. Its made from primarily hand peeled maple. The seat is from very old and deeply grooved red oak barnwood and has a really old rustic appeal - it just says- "sit in me" or just look at me. There is a grapevine around the header. The arms are hand split from the same log, so they match in curvature. Its sturdy and sits good too.

Cedar Settee
Item # CSHCP $ 250.00
This Settee or Park Bench is mostly cedar with hickory at the front of the seat and the top accent piece. The seat and back are hand carved with a gouge - adding a nice custom "one of a kind" look and feel to it. The cedar came from a 50' tall tree that was given to me by a local farmer, Glen Chanbers. He wanted it out of his hayfield. I had it sawn into planks at an Amish sawmill. This would make a nice accent piece on your porch.

Cedar Bench (sold)
This was a nice sturdy bench with a very luxurious aged cedar look to it. It came from the same tree as the Settee above. It graced our porch for several years to achieve the aged look that it has. The legs are cedar logs and the braces are a combination of cedar and hickory.
