Cedar Side Table or Bench
Item # DBST SOLD
This is a nice little unit that could be used for lots of different things. It has a cedar top, maple (bark on) legs and an interesting accent piece of grapevine driftwood that we picked up one day on a float trip on the Big Piney River.

Mixed Wood Side Table
Item # MWST $ 55.00
Sold
This little table is made of mainly Maple (with bark on) with a top surface that came from a crate. Its sturdy and was assembled with screws and nails. Would make a nice plant stand or side table, along side of a Maple chair.

Cedar Side Table
Item # CHKST $ 65.00 (sold)
A very sturdy and appealing side table. A great place to sit that coffee cup, beside your favorite cedar chair. The top is from found oak wood. I was really attracted to the heart shaped knots in the cedar legs, that came from a local residential tree removal project. I am never bashful about stopping to ask for free wood. Most people are happy to get rid of it.

Side Table or Bench
Item # CBST ---(SOLD)
A small bench or side table that could be grouped with porch chairs. Simple design with cedar plank top and maple (bark on) legs and rungs.

Cedar Accent Stand
Item # CAS $ 45.00
A unique little stand for many different purposes. I had this one along side my porch swing to sit stuff on. It has a rich colored cedar top with a lot of knots and a genuine rustic look to it.

Cedar Accent Stand
Item # CAS2 $ 45.00
Simular to the one above, this one has a "wacky" set of legs. It is however sturdy and one of a kind. Makes a nice place to place things or a plant stand that doesnt take up much space.

Side Table or Stool
Item # BWS $ 55.00
Made of hand peeled maple that was allowed to age in the woods. With a red oak barnwood slab top. You can definately sit on this one also as a stool. Looks good with the peeled maple chairs.

Cedar Novelty Stool
Item # CNS SOLD
Irregular, Rich Cedar top and legs - with Maple rungs. Unique one of a kind. Would make a great plant stand on the porch or in the home. This one deserves a special place !

Cedar & Maple Side Table
Item # HCST $ 55.00
Another somewhat unique side table. It has a thick cedar top that is hand carved with an inset oval with gouge marks. It is very sturdy and could also be used as a stool, plant stand, side table or what ever use you may dream up for it. The legs are maple with bark on, with mortise & tenon joinery.

Driftwood & Cedar Accent Piece
Item # DWA $ 45.00
I guess I could call this some kind of sculpture but normally refer to these items as "whatsUcallits". When on float trips on the Big Piney River we are always on the look out for unique chunks of wood. We usually "take out" with a clutter of wood and rocks in the bottom of the canoe. A pack rat nature is probably more appropriate. This piece of driftwood is probably grapevine and is really gnarly. It is an interesting piece.

Hand Carved Cactus
Item # HCC $ 500.00
Standing a little over 5 foot tall, this is carved from a single Elm Log. There is a cactus bloom on the top and a Cactus Wren on one of the arms. I have since this photo was taken added some hickory & oak accents at the base. This was a winter project one winter several years ago while I was painting full time. When you sit at an easel all day, my eyes tend to get fuzzy, so this project was my break from the easel. A couple times each day I would carve on this piece. It initally got a heavy soaking of boiled linseed oil, then I allowed it to naturally age on the porch for about 5 years. It got a dark coloring. Then I lightly sanded the high points and gave it several coats of polyurethane. It should virtually last forever, if kept under cover.

Cedar Hand Carved Accent
Item # HCA $ 50.00
My wife, Jackie, calls this a self portrait. I just smile back at her. It is carved from a Cedar Log and has nice rich cedar coloring. I have placed this at numerious places and it blends in well and is complimentary to rustic settings. It stands about 20" tall on a rich red cedar base.
